These terms govern your use of newcastletek.com and any product you purchase from us. By placing an order you agree to them.

Who we are

NewcastleTek sells digital tools and templates. Operated by NewcastleTek (Jose Nogueira), 150 Overlook Ave, Apt 3R, Peekskill, NY 10566, United States. Contact: [email protected].

Payments & checkout

All purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy provides your receipt and handles sales tax/VAT on our behalf. Prices are listed in USD on each product page.

Delivery

Every product is a digital download delivered immediately after payment — download links and license keys are emailed to the address you give at checkout. No physical goods are shipped. If technical problems prevent or delay delivery, contact us and we will deliver the product or refund you in full.

Licenses

• Excel templates — a personal, single-user license for your own projects. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the files.
• ReplyForge Pro — a single-user lifetime license for one person. The extension is delivered as-is for lawful use with your own AI provider accounts.
• Monte Carlo Pro (subscription) — a time-limited license for the subscribed period, renewing until cancelled. Cancel any time from your Lemon Squeezy customer portal; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Refunds

We offer a 14-day refund window on all digital products. See our Refund Policy for how to request one.

Acceptable use

• Do not resell, redistribute, or sublicense our files or license keys.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, bypass licensing, or abuse checkout systems.
• Do not use our products for unlawful purposes.

Disclaimer

Our products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in our products, templates, or website constitutes financial, investment, trading, or legal advice. Simulation results are estimates based on the parameters you enter; past or simulated performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your decisions.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NewcastleTek's total liability for any claim arising from a purchase or use of the site is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date shows the current version. Material changes apply to orders placed after publication.
