We keep this simple: if a product isn't right for you, you can get your money back within 14 days of purchase.

How it works

• Email [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase.
• Include your order number (from your Lemon Squeezy receipt email) and a one-line reason — that's all we need.
• We approve the refund through Lemon Squeezy; refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.

What's covered

All digital products sold on this site: Excel templates, ReplyForge Pro, and Monte Carlo Pro subscriptions (first payment). Digital delivery is immediate after checkout, but you still have the full 14 days to decide the product isn't what you needed.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a Monte Carlo Pro subscription at any time from your Lemon Squeezy customer portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal; the current paid period is not prorated. Your first payment is covered by the 14-day window above.

Late requests

After 14 days we generally can't refund digital purchases, but contact us anyway if something is genuinely wrong — broken files, delivery problems, or a product that doesn't match its description. We'll make it right.

Chargebacks

Please contact us first — we resolve almost everything quickly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in license cancellation.
